House Between Two Trees

A substantial extension to a locally listed detached house in Hackney, basement and rear ground and first floor extensions. We proposed a split level layout to achieve impressive headroom in the rear extension and to adapt to the landscape.

The site has been purchased by a developer and we have provided some degree of coordination during construction, especially on the technical aspects. It will soon be completed and marketed.
